Golfers at Buffalo Creek Golf Club in Florida were treated to an unusual—and slightly intimidating—sighting when a massive alligator casually strolled across the fairway. The giant reptile ambled past the third hole, making his way toward the nearby lake, completely unfazed by the stunned onlookers.
The incredible moment was captured on video by Charlie Helms, quickly gaining attention for the sheer size of the gator, which looked more like a prehistoric creature than a modern-day reptile. While Florida golfers are used to spotting wildlife on the course, few encounters compare to watching a giant gator claim the fairway as his own.
